I am a new comer to yoga but i have tried it a few times in the past but never really took to it.I think having such an amazing teacher with a beautiful calming presence has really helped me to keep on going. I am loving everything about it I feel that i have gained knowledge in terms of breathing and relaxation techniques, as well as improving my flexibility.
