What to expect

What to bring to class

Please bring along your favourite mat, a towel, water bottle and an open mind - you never know what you may discover about yourself.

 Saturday & Thursday  Classes

Every class begins with breath awareness and connection to our body. Sun Salutations to warm the body followed by a range of Asanas breaking each posture down to an easy, understandable position for you. We use props such as blocks straps and the wall to help gain strength and flexibility slowly and gently.

FYI Intermediates Classes 

A strong and steady flow of connecting Asanas moving with your breath. Class includes breath and body connection, Sun Salutations, combinations of standing and seated postures and long Shavasana with guided meditation. We use props such as blocks and straps and sometimes the wall to help us deepen our flexibility and build essential core strength slowly and gently.
