In this class we use movement to help repair and heal muscles, joints, bones and fascia this mobility yoga class is for everyone. Combining yoga asana (postures) and pranayama (breathwork) this class is designed for anyone and everyone that would like to move their body without pain or after an injury. You will leave feeling calm and relaxed ready for your next workout or just the day ahead.
